I went to visit Moonlight for some relaxation yesterday and the place is beautiful. I bought some drinks and chilled for some hours at the bar. Then I went to the dining area and decided to have something to eat. Ordered a dish for 150 bath and a water. The food was OK. Then when I was about to pay the dish was suddenly 200 and not 150. I asked them about it, and they brought over a menu where they had a white sticker written "200" over the original price (150) on the dish I bought. I told them that in the menu I saw it was 150 and not 200. They told me No, 200 is the price and made me feel a bit stupid about it. I paid and left and felt disappointed. The next day I realized I forgotten my towel there, a nice one I just bought so I went back to get it. When I told them about my towel they told me they were going to look for it. While waiting I went to check the food menu, to see if I actually were wrong or what was going on. And then I got it confirmed that the dish I ordered was only 150. I showed them and told them. They showed me some other spring rolls from the menu that was 200 and I said this was not the ones I ordered and then they said that the correct price is 200, and it's in the system but not yet in the physical menu. Instead of admit their mistake, offer me my money back or even a sorry they just made me feel annoying for even asking about this. Then I asked if they found my towel and they just said they had no idea and so many people are here every day and someone must have taken it. Lol. So bad service and behavior. I would not recommend this place. Price per person: ฿400–600 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

Big menu with lots of options to choose from. Everything we have eaten was delicious. BBQ night with live music was awesome and lots of fun. Great vibes, a big thank you to the Bat, Jack and the awesome staff of Moonlight Cuisine. CHEERS!! (And yes there is a 5% charge as tip for the staff but they more than deserve this as they do everything to make you feel happy and comfortable.)
