Google indicated that the café opens at 1:00 PM, so we planned our visit accordingly and arrived at 1:30 PM. Upon arrival, a staff member informed us that the café would only open at 2:00 PM because the information on Google had not been updated. What was even more disappointing was the way the situation was handled. It was raining heavily, the café door was already open, and there were staff inside, yet we were simply told to come back later. No effort was made to update the incorrect information, and we were not even invited to wait inside or be seated temporarily despite the weather conditions. We understand that operating hours can occasionally change, but basic hospitality and consideration for customers should not. Being left standing outside in the rain after making the effort to visit based on the café’s published opening hours was extremely disappointing and left a very poor impression. Unfortunately, this experience fell far below the level of service we would expect and significantly affected our perception of the café. Meal type: Other

When I visited, the milk was all gone! It’s hard to believe a store called “Mother ‘cow’” would run out of milk. But the dessert was delicious—it’s quite sweet. Meal type: Other Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
