English version in comment 天花頂酸菜魚餐($138) 噴火水煮牛肉餐($128) 黃金脆炸小酥肉($28) 手打檸檬茶($33) 甜品彩虹冰粉($38) 今次去咗一間充滿粉紅色主題嘅餐廳 Moto Mala呢間餐廳裝修極可愛好似韓式Cafe咁，影相一流 佢哋嘅招牌菜 - 天花頂酸菜魚味道偏向麻辣，上面鋪滿住脆口嘅炸蒜同辣椒，魚肉鮮嫩，啖啖肉，份量十分豐富 另外噴火水煮牛肉牛肉片鮮嫩入味，加上辣椒嘅刺激，最鍾意嘅就係好煙韌嘅扁寬薯粉 另外點咗佢嘅小食黃金脆炸小酥肉外層酥脆，都幾唔錯 彩虹冰粉入面用咗好多唔同嘅材料，包括紅豆黑芝麻、酒槽、寒天，唔太甜，口感清爽 佢哋嘅手打檸檬茶，清新怡人，絕對係呢個夏天嘅必備飲品 。 。 。. Their signature dish is the "Tianhua Top Sour Fish" , which has a spicy and numbing flavor and is topped with crispy fried garlic and chili. The fish is fresh and tender, and the portion is very generous. ️ In addition, the "Spicy Beef" is also delicious, with tender and flavorful beef slices and the stimulating heat of the chili. My favorite part is the chewy and wide potato noodles. We also ordered their appetizer, "Golden Crispy Pork", which had a crispy outer layer and was quite good. The "Rainbow bowl" is made with a variety of ingredients, including red beans, black sesame, agar, and grass jelly. It's not too sweet and has a refreshing texture.
