Had a great meal at Moutarde, in Sentosa. Food tasted great, especially the salmon bernaise and steak frites, which were cooked to perfection. The price is reasonable for Sentosa standards but the portions could’ve been larger. Service was good, atmosphere was cosy and comfy. And the soufflé for dessert was the best way to wrap up the meal. Light, fluffy and not eggy - like how a good soufflé should be. Meal type: Dinner Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The overall experience is really good. The service given is top notch. Very attentive service. Makes you feel very welcome and good. As for the food, we prefer the dessert to the mains and sides. The mains and sides are slightly more intense in their flavours. Either too acidic or too savoury. But the dessert were really good with a good balance. Top recommendation, the real French toast. That is the one we can eat again and again. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $90–100 Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Real French Toast

Best GEM in Sentosa , if you craving for French fusion and tasty food, Moutarde definitely where you should go to.
