Recently I tried @moxie_hk in Central The restaurant mainly serves vegetables and fruits, and the seafood is also excellent. The restaurant also has special menus specially designed for "vegetarians" and "lactose intolerant" people The food at Moxie is fresh and delicious, and the presentation is very beautiful refreshing tomato and strawberry salad, so fresh toothfish and black tiger prawn with kimchi and papaya salad, strawberry pavlova, raspberry macarons that are not too sweet. My favorite is the Japanese leek & turnip soup and the smooth Fukuoka Ramen, Rice pudding are all delicious! The service and food quality of this restaurant are really excellent. Once again, thank you to HSBC priority banking for the buy one get one free offer, which made it easy to book breakfast and dinner. I like casual fine dining. It's reasonably priced and can be casual. When I looked at the restaurant introduction, I felt very ESG and thought it was just vegetarian. Unexpectedly, the tasting menu included fish and beef. . Good food. It feels like a low-end version of Roganic, with a fresh feel and artistic presentation. The flavoring direction is Southeast Asian style. For the beef side dish, we chose seasonal veg, and I was really given the vegetable core. Hahahahaha, it is very localised, which is good. It just needs to be sourced locally, preferably from the New Territories. Since Covid, high-end restaurants in Hong Kong are more inclined to build relationships with local farmers to obtain high-quality crops, which I really appreciate. . After finishing the appetizer, I felt refreshed. Even though I don’t eat cucumbers, I thought cucumbers were good. I have never eaten fish that was so well fried. The halibut has crispy skin and just the right amount of oil and the meat is so tender. The wagyu is good, but the fish is outstanding. . The protein balls are another surprise. Usually protein balls are tooth-causingly sweet, but not this one. It is paired with coconut milk flavor and mango, which is very Thai-style. . After writing the above, I will check again. This restaurant is managed by Michael Smith (one-star chef), a British man. I want to research again why his menu has such an Asian flavor. By the way, I found out that the vegetable cores he picked really came from Yuen Long, so good and so good. . Your rate is higher than mine, even half a star.
