this was my 8th visit to this restaurant, 5 times at the siam paragon branch & 3 times at the iconsiam branch the experience at siam paragon is completely different the food quality & service are outstanding the have a unique touch that keeps bringing me back unfortunately, the experience at iconsiam has been consistently disappointing the food tastes very ordinary & the service is nowhere near the same standard during today lunch at iconsiam i ordered the pasta bolognese it was a huge disappointment as a chef with experience in italian cuisine this was the first time i had ever seen fat in bolognese sauce that is simply not how an authentic bolognese should be prepared (i couldn't even finish my meal it was that unpleasant) the bufalina pizza was equally disappointing all i could taste was the acidity of the tomato sauce with none of the balanced flavors i expecte i also ordered an iced mocha that was disappointing as well it tasted like nothing more than milk and ice There was hardly any coffee or chocolate flavor which is what u would expect from a proper mocha i won't be returning to the iconsiam branch again i truly hope the restaurant works on maintaining the same quality & consistency across all of its branches Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ฿2,000+ Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 5
