Dear Martin Li,We would like to clarify several points regarding your visit.The guest you referred to had queued in exactly the same way as everyone else. He briefly stepped away to take his young child to the restroom for five minutes and then returned to his original place. Nobody was allowed to cut the line or receive special treatment. You were seated less than five minutes after that guest.Before even being seated, you raised your voice at our staff in a very aggressive manner, which was both unfair and unacceptable. Despite this, my team still offered you a complimentary item, as they have at heart their hospitality mindset and wanted you to spend a pleasant moment, which you refused. This all happened on only our second day of operation, when the restaurant was absolutely full and the team was giving their maximum effort under exceptional pressure. I am very proud of how they handled the situation with patience, professionalism, and respect. We treat every guest equally, and to receive a 1-star review under these circumstances is not only undeserved but also deeply discouraging for a team that worked so hard to welcome every guest on such a busy opening weekend.Sincerely,The Owner
