Mr. Bean has truly hired the right person — a positive mindset with a joyful heart! Great brands are not built on products alone, but on the hearts of their people. We initially ordered the watermelon soy milk, but it was out of stock. She warmly encouraged us to try the lychee soy milk instead, saying, “不然 Lychee 好吗？Lychee 也很棒。如果没试过，可以试一下 （Her expression and gesture >> ）” Her genuine enthusiasm and positivity made the experience even more enjoyable.
