Ordered twice from this outlet through food panda, first time i ordered Hazelnut Royale pancake last month but they gave Crunchy Peanut Butter Pancake instead. Then everytime i order Mr Bean through food panda , i will make sure to avoid this outlet and choose Hougang Mall outlet instead. Today i ordered through foodpanda and accidentally chosen this outlet, and to my horror , they gave me Crunchy Peanut Butter Pancake instead of Hazelnut Royale yet AGAIN!!! Hello, please retrain your staff or send them for an eye check i'm not sure if the mistake is made on purpose or not, as the peanut butter pancake is cheaper. Not possible to make the same mistake after 1 month from my first order and did the same old mistake TWICE. Please avoid this outlet at all cost!!!

Me and my family bought 2 bandung 1 with pearl & 1 without pearl ITS WAS BAD , we buy the water for our break-fast (iftar) and wasted our money on a $3.10 water ???? the water HAS NO TASTE AT ALL , FOR BOTH . This is unfair as we paid total $6.20 for that kind of taste ? UNBELIEVABLE ! super duper bad service.
