At 12:24pm, Aunt Goh, wearing glasses and serving at the counter, displayed a very bad attitude. I am utterly disappointed with the staff and the slow, unpleasant service at this outlet. I ordered a single soy milk (number one), and I pointed to it on the menu at the cashier. She mistakenly assumed I wanted the set meal, which was clearly different from the picture I indicated. I corrected her before making the payment, but she quickly flared up and argued with me, insisting that other items also qualified as number one. I was stunned by her reaction, as I had made my order very clear, and she seemed visibly unhappy about it. I do not recommend this place to others and will not return myself. I’ve given multiple chances despite past disappointments, but enough is enough. Others should be cautious before visiting this outlet.

went to collect my ceramic cup at Redhill today, only managed to collect 2 cup. Staff told me Design No.2 has not arrived and NO SHiP DATE yet. Disappointed with MR Bean's service, it was stated collection from 29 Nov to 14 Dec.
