The only one queuing but none of your staff is taking my orders during lunch hr. There is 3 staff working. 1 staff only busy with online orders. You shld close the counters if walk in is not entertained.

Mr bean at Changi City Point is one of the rare outlets selling matcha soya ice cream and it’s really impressive ! It’s not sweet and the matcha taste is strong.
