Cashier didn’t explain the voucher properly and seem like she not patient also. when I asking how to get the voucher “she say if I buy anything then get the voucher after that she walking away. Another Cashier come and I decided to buy the promotion items buy 5 and 1free. When payment done and I take my things but I can’t find the voucher and I decided to ask the cashier one more time where is the voucher. She say voucher did not eligible for promotion items. So Sad!

I ordered a plain bean curd from this branch on 13 July at around 12:30pm. The order was prepared by the store manager on duty, so I expected a certain standard of quality. Unfortunately, when I opened the takeaway container, the bean curd was disappointing — it was mostly clumped together and looked like leftover portions rather than a freshly prepared serving. This experience was unacceptable and not representative of the quality I expected from the brand.

Very amazing. This afternoon when I went to Compass One to buy pancakes. The employees at mr bean are very friendly and cheerful. There are too many offers, but her mentions them all. If I'm not mistaken his name is Nurul. Anyway her very good. Make my day happy
