Extremely disappointed with the Mr Bean outlet in JEM. A staff auntie name Maggie was rude, gave lousy customer service, and had no smile on her face. When I asked if the pancake was double red bean, she knocked the label with tongs. When I asked how to tell the flavors, she snapped, 'See behind,' with a condescending look. I’ve never experienced such disrespect at Mr Bean before and will not be returning.
