Extremely disappointed with the Mr Bean outlet in JEM. A staff auntie name Maggie was rude, gave lousy customer service, and had no smile on her face. When I asked if the pancake was double red bean, she knocked the label with tongs. When I asked how to tell the flavors, she snapped, 'See behind,' with a condescending look. I’ve never experienced such disrespect at Mr Bean before and will not be returning.

Thank you to the staff who refused to be acknowledged. She is so nice and friendly. And i bot the last 2 boxes of love letters.
