Regular customer at Mr Bean. The staff here are friendly n approachable. The environment here is gd too. Usually there's still seats around to sit in n enjoy the soy drinks n food in aircon atmosphere, especially on a hot sunny day. But disappointed with their current rice dumplings promo! The rice dumplings are so expensive! Thought what's so special... maybe healthier rice, or maybe lesser oil or so... End up I bought the mushroom chestnuts dumplings, it was so oily n have my whole mouth full of oil aft eating! This is just a $3-4 rice dumplings elsewhere , but with a high price tag of $5.80 in Mr Bean! I'm lucky to sit in n eat at Kampung Admiralty outlet. Most other Mr Bean outlets there's no cafe to sit in, but also selling at $5.80...

Order soya milk with cheese bun set but no cheese bun available. Why set menu within item not available? Should remove it. Ask to replace peanut bun must pay separate ala carte price! Otherwise wait for 15mins! Sad Should have flexibility to change.

This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had at Mr Bean. I ordered beancurd with tang yuan, but the staff only prepared beancurd. When I calmly clarified my order, the staff responded with a very rude and aggressive attitude, blaming me and saying it was my mistake. This is completely unacceptable customer service. The food quality was equally bad. The beancurd was fully broken into pieces, the portion was extremely small, and it clearly did not meet Mr Bean’s usual standards. Poor attitude combined with poor product quality shows a serious lack of training and quality control. This experience has greatly affected my trust in the brand. I strongly urge Mr Bean management to take this seriously, address the staff behavior, and improve quality standards immediately.
