wanted to use these coupons and saw northpoint outlet can use but when i went down staff say cannot use. they say this only for outlet tht uses wholemeal flour which is the outlet at basement 2 but i went there they say the coupons cannot be used

Food is fine. Just the working environment. You have the most annoying ad singing "ly-ly-ly-ly-lychee" non-stop and as a customer I'm already super annoyed waiting for a couple minutes, and feel like smashing your tv (not for real though). Can't imagine how it feels as a worker on a long shift, subjected to hearing a lame ad the whole day, it sounds like torture. Seems like a small thing but I think I'd like the people who make my food to have a good working conditions... MUTE YOUR ADS

Today is 元宵 and I was craving for some 汤圆 with my wife at the North Point outlet. Despite the long queue, we waited in line and got a slip from the assistant, 1 set of the small and big box each, 4 and 10 assorted 汤圆 inside respectively. Took it home, opened up the box for the family box, I was stunned and shocked, there were only 4 汤圆 inside! Have already contacted their customer service, this is a blatant case of cheating customer! We queued for an hour, paid $7.90 just to reach home and have this feeling of frustration and feeling cheated. The most ridiculous thing is how can you get the order wrong? There's no way it can be wrong, you just pack 4 汤圆 for the small box and 10 汤圆 for the big box, super easy to remember. For the small box, we opted to add Taro Balls for $1 more, the staff also forgotten to add in the Taro Balls when we reminded her. Really super sloppy and ridiculous service rendered. Your management team needs to look into this, your company can do better than this. I expect someone to get in touch with me with regards to this.
