They should review and improve their operation speed, very inefficient; cooking the porridge bowl by bowl and so called "cooking" is reheating in microwave, yet it took them 10mins to get it done.

My family and I have been served poorly by the (only) male staff at Hougang several times during the period of use of Mr Bean coupons in 2025. His tone was harsh and he was shouting at us for orders and showed his impatience while handling the orders. I believe the company has encouraged customers to purchase the coupons with promotional messages but his poor service has really discouraged us from using the coupons. I wonder if there was Indeed any other procedural inconvenience on the end of the staff if coupons were used. If not, please re-train this unhappy male staff as this is not in line with what the company is promoting.
