Staff must be deaf because I ordered 3 hot cups of soya bean with sugar and they misinterpreted it first as 3 cold cups, then 3 hot cups without sugar, then 2 cold cups without sugar and 1 hot with sugar, and ended up giving me 3 cold cups without sugar

my go to mr bean because all the staffs there are so friendly and has good customerr service! its hard to find that kind of service anywhere now. kudos to them!
