This morning, the service was quite disorganized. Although it didn’t seem very busy, the staff were not working efficiently together, and customers had to wait a long time. I also ordered a ham & cheese and repeated it several times, but I was still given the wrong item. I hope this can be improved.

Have been to this Mr bean outlet multiple times. Staff have an attitude and service is always slow. Today, I told the staff I'd like to make payment by the Nets Scan (No idea why all the Mr bean outlets don't accept paywave). She mistakenly heard only Nets. When I repeated "Scan", she got annoyed and raised her voice at me "NETS OR SCAN???" Very rude. Avoid this outlet. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Service: Take out
