So Mr. Bean also resort to "icey" ice cream liao.... no more creamy which was fantastic for the price.. ordered twice in a month same icey taste.. disappointing . Dunno what creamy taste like? just go IKEA n buy 1.. only 50cts...

Food is nice but staff need more training on customer services. The attitude of the lady with spectacles taking order at the front at 1245pm on 17 May 2026 zoned out and ignored me. Maybe because i only order 1 cup of soya milk? Terrible experience.

The Mr Bean team here are always very helpful, friendly, and accomodating. When there is new product launch, they always will intro and see if we want to try. Same when there is promotion. Even sometime I don’t buy anything and walk pass, they will greet and this is the friendly Mr bean team I have never seen . Thanks so much for the quality food and drink. Keep up the vegetarian meal for the one in need as well. Love the local brand and feeding to the needs of everyone with pleasure thank you Jwee Hwa, Ying Ying, Mei Ying and two other staffs I forgot the name, a young man and a friendly lady as well. 5 stars for their friendly services!
