Great service and super fast! The staff here are so friendly and efficient. It wasn't busy when we came, so they had time to chat with us and made us feel really welcome. The onigiri is absolutely delicious. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

wanted to redeem a voucher and voucher states applicable at ALL mr onigiri outlets. But staff say "Cannot" and reason being "we don't have paywave machine"!? Staff isn't helpful or abke to explain alternatives, Terrible. So as a customer, not only need to know where is your outlet and customer need to know if outlet have paywave machine as well!? Turned-off first visit, not returning to ever try. Feedback via email, no response! Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3 Meal type: Lunch

Served cold with thinner Spam and tamagoyaki slices, the bite feels less satisfying, while the heavy tartar sauce overpowers the main ingredients.
