The service here is outstanding—the staff were incredibly friendly and polite, which made for a very welcoming experience. Regarding the food, I tried the Peeled Chilli Chicken Breast Spaghetti. While the fusion concept is interesting, the flavor profile leaned much more toward traditional Taiwanese than the Italian-fusion I was expecting, and it could definitely use more cheese to bridge that gap. Additionally, the side soup was quite small, served in a bowl that was only half-full. I was also disappointed by the lack of flexibility regarding menu customizations, as I wasn't able to swap the shellfish for chicken breast on another dish. Excellent service, but I hope to see more consistency in portioning and menu flexibility. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $200–400 Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3
