Cookies are nice but the staff is so rude. She treats guests differently and pretend can’t understand what I said to her. However after then an English-speaking foreigner arrived, she began to become very enthusiastic and polite to that lady. Very disappointed experience and the shop should have improve the quality of staffs.

i’m just a traveler who want to buy a cookies. I dont mind if the seller cant speak english. But i dont think to be rude to a customer its gonna be a good choice. Cos i went to many places and lots of seller cant speak english as well. But they choose to say sorry in a polite way or try to use a google translate. Not just shout and let the foreigner customer go away.
