Milin Cafe is a small shop located just before the wide main section of Cha-am Beach, along the two-lane road. The café is situated beneath the Irin Beach Cha-am hotel. They are currently running a popular promotion for their Uji Matcha Series. I tried the Uji Matcha Latte Frappé (22 oz.) for 75 Baht. It was blended beautifully—rich, intense, and perfectly sweetened. The other drink was a hot Matcha Latte, which I paired with the Caramel Almond Cake (89 Baht), a combination I thoroughly enjoyed. The café has a pleasant, tranquil atmosphere, although the air conditioning could have been cooler. Parking is conveniently available behind the shop. Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4
