Mulpule(물푸레) is a cafe run by variety of people(especially moms) who are very passionate and generous with their talents. It is a very community friendly space full of activities, and a safe space for children.The cafe has a variety of drinks and snacks. And all of the items on the menu are organic ( I guess if you have a staff full of passionate moms this is a given haha) the cafe is also full of books and boardgames (though they are all in korean)They recently renovated and constructed an athenaeum to give the community a space for self reflection, reading, studying, and teaching. The athenaeum is not only spacious but is surrounded by nature and natural sunlight. I often go there to work on my freelance work and it is sincerely a joy to bask in such great atmosphere.It is a tiny space but full of warmth and unique people. If you have some time on your hands I would even recommend people to come by before/after their hike up 북한산. Right now it is one of my goto local cafe/spot
