Tried the new apple cheese flavor n the new kopi flavor pancakes... Both of this flavors does not come in mee chang kueh but in munchi...for munchi can choose 2 flavours...I choose 1 apple cheese n 1 kopi as both r new flavors... I had to wait for my pancakes to prepare the staff told me... The 2 pancakes 1 loved it... But I had a confusion actually...the staff said the 2 pancakes need to prepare so I have to wait but if it is freshly prepared then y both the pancakes v v cold... I also buy a soya bean... For the service I was not happy about it...as the female staff I seriously don't understand what she was talking to me...moreover I felt she was rude towards me...I was scared to ask her anything as I felt her tone of voice was like shouting to me... Whenever I go to any shop I like to look around...so when I look around this shop then I came to know muchi pancakes come in 2 n can choose 2 flavours...it was aft I look around the shop that I knew soya bean also got... The shop has got so many different flavoured pancakes on display so attractive... It is for the 2 munci I tried that I loved it so m giving 3 stars oh n also the attractive display but for service I m giving 1 star i hated it... So bec of the service overall stars I m only giving 3 stars...bec pancakes v v delicious but service I m v v not happy

My first try for mini jiang kueh was at One Punggol hawker centre stall. The lady staff very efficient and every piece of mini jiang kueh done perfectly in shade and equally filling in the jiang kueh though it was a long queue while I ordered. This afternoon I was at Nex and wanted to buy Munchi mini jiang kueh. It was no queue and I was the 2nd customer. While this young malay lady was doing my order, I can see clearly how she did it. She didn't use the individual mini size of pancake to do it individually, she used the usual size to do 3 mini jiang kueh and she simply scooped the fillings and cast it out. The edges of the pancake can't hold the fillings and you can see the fillings all over the edges. When I opened the box while reaching home, all were not in shade and were in a mess as the fillings were all melted in the box. If rating has ZERO, definitely will rated ZERO services. I have been to few outlets before and this is the worse outlet I experienced.

Hi Josephine, We appreciate the detailed feedback regarding the preparation and presentation of your mini jiang kueh. This is certainly not the experience we want our customers to have, and we will be sharing your feedback with the outlet team to review and reinforce our preparation SOPs. Could you please send us a DM on Instagram or Facebook with any photos of the product, if available? We'd love the opportunity to make this right by offering you a replacement box and to investigate the matter further with the outlet. Thank you again for bringing this to our attention. We value your support and hope to serve you a much better experience next time!
