expectations were not met. burnt bacon and patty, there was almost no barbecue sauce and I won't even mention the onions and pickles. +1 star for the fries - was good. Food: 2 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Order type: Dine in Price per person: ฿400–600

This place should be rated 2-3 star, not 4.9 stars. First, I asked when entering if they take card for payment, they said yes. When I went to pay, they added a €1 surcharge for card - why hide this extra cost until payment comes? Secondly, it's expensive with a low price/quality ratio. The portion sizes are small, and the prices are high. The food is also quite bland. We went here hoping for a 4.9 star burger and were disappointed. For the restaurant: you can increase your serving sizes (burger size is small, nachos had small amount of toppings, etc.). You were friendly, but hiding surcharges until payment leaves a bad taste. For potential customers: avoid. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Order type: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ฿600–800

Hello, Rob. Sorry You felt like that. We have instructed the staff to always say that there is a small fee the bank charge us. If you pay cash, there is no problem. So this is like an extra service because nearly everyone pays cash.Regarding size of burger, it is clearly stated that it is 90 gram of the finest Australian meat. We put in a lot of effort to get the best smashburger. And finest Brioche bread from a bakery.The toppings for nacho plate is measured with a lot of people, to make it good. We cannot suit all, sorry. If you think price is too high, please compare with your own country. Margins are very low here, and we still have to pay rent, electricity (8 baht/kwh), gas, salaries, burger boxes, pizza boxes, wrapping paper, sauce, and other things. Nothing comes free. It is not a Thai food wagon place where the owner works for a daily meal and have no rent or salary to pay.You are welcome to tell me what we should charge customer for the best quality products.
