The cafe was inside the city hall. Order was made over the counter. Food and drink were collected there afterwards when the pager rang. Tablewares were available at the counter too. All the procedures were self-service. The choice of dishes and drinks was quite limited. Yet, the quality was acceptable. During events, the place was crowded and tables had to be shared. Just a place to fill up your stomach. Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3 Order type: Dine in Price per person: $50–100

Not cheap, paper cup for white wine, tasteless curry rice. Staff rushing you to return table. Better go to fast food shop. Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1
