家の近所の居酒屋「結」さん。この近所に気軽に呑めて食べられる居酒屋さんが無くて、本当に重宝させて頂いてます。何を食べても美味しく、気さくな店主さん夫婦の家庭的なサービスが嬉しい。近所住民が集まってワイワイ常連さんが楽しんでいる賑やかな雰囲気。でも、一見客も大切接客してくれるで、初めても大丈夫。街に愛されるお店だな〜と思います。おすすめは日本酒と串焼き。日替わりメニューも楽しみ。子供用のメニューは無いけど、子供が食べられる料理はいつもあるのが嬉しい。ただし、タバコが席で吸えるので、子供と禁煙家にはおすすめしません。まータバコが嫌いな人の近くにタバコを吸う人を案内しない位は、店主さん夫婦が気を使ってくれますので、安心かな。 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ¥3,000–4,000 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

This izakaya is a truly authentic Japanese establishment that can be proudly recommended to the world. To begin with, an izakaya is equivalent to a trattoria in Italian cuisine, rather than a ristorante. This place fits the definition perfectly, offering very reasonable prices. As for the food itself, the dishes served here are the result of the owner’s creativity and thoughtful innovation. When it comes to flavor, you can sense the owner’s deep commitment to the fundamentals of Japanese cuisine, such as salt, miso, soy sauce, and dashi. The truth is, 95% of izakayas out there rely on cheap, additive-laden seasonings to cut costs and mask their flavors. Most international travelers—and even the majority of Japanese people—fail to notice this. However, this izakaya stands out by being completely honest and offering only high-quality ingredients to its customers. A heartfelt thank you to the owner for their dedication!
