Hi David, sorry about the texture of the noodles We have feedback to our supplier about the dryness of the Pad Thai noodles And after your review, we made several testing and found out the noodles supplied was dryer than it originally should be As for taste, it's definitely a different taste compared to the Easan or Bangkok taste. We don't use conventional seasoning or sauce to prepare our Pad Thai sauce Our recipe is the Authentic Northern Thai style and the sauce is cooked from raw assam without any mix of Siracha sauce or chilli sauce However, many authentic northern Thai really like our Pad Thai taste as compared to the Easan taste I like to invite you to give us a try again when you are available Please kindly contact me at 80313280 via WhatsApp to make an arrangement Sorry for your unpleasant experience and hope you have a fine day
