We’re happy to hear you appreciated the richness and creaminess of our dairy-free recipes — that’s exactly what we aim for. Regarding the pineapple crumble, we’re sorry it didn’t meet your expectations. The crumble topping (our crust) is actually prepared and served separately from the fruit base in the jar. It’s possible that it was accidentally left out of your sample during your visit, which would definitely affect the overall experience. To make it up to you, we’d love to offer you a second tasting with the full version, including the crust. Feel free to stop by and ask for Jay— I’d be happy to welcome you personally. Hi Amel, thank you for this kind comment. Just a slight correction as MyElla Dessert makes premium dairy free desserts but not vegan. We do use eggs :) Happy you do enjoy our delicatessen! See you soon.
