Reiterating Chef Louis' apology when he visited the table, we are truly sorry that what should have been a special evening ended on a disappointing note. We are grateful to hear that you found the menu satisfying overall, and sincerely regret the issue you encountered with the small side dishes / banchan. While our team replaced the affected dish, we recognise that this did not undo the disruption to your experience. Please be assured that the matter has been taken seriously with our kitchen team, and our preparation procedures have since been reviewed with immediate attention. We are also sorry for the delay during payment. This was caused by an unexpected critical maintenance by our payment system provider. We understand how frustrating this additional inconvenience must have been at the close of your evening. Since then, we have provided clear feedback to the provider that such interruptions should not take place during peak dining hours. Thank you again for bringing this to our attention.
