Today is my husband's birthday, we took a Grab ride to Pattaya for dinner. After walking around for an hour, we decided to go to NAMSAN BBQ restaurant because we have had such good memories when we were first dating. Our 2nd Grab ride arrived there at 9:07PM. and we saw a girl who surely works there came out from the restaurant’s door, so we asked her out if the restaurant still open? She said “IT IS CLOSED, no food left” ( While they usually closes at 11PM and there is still 2-3tables eating inside ). We are very DISAPPOINTED on the service! we have been eating here 4-5 times since last year when we moved to Pattaya before the COVID-19 happens. And during the pandemic we wanted to help-supporting one of our favorite, But it turns out we were treated very bad on our special day.
