Their sign clearly states “Please wait to be seated,” so we stood there and waited for about 3–5 minutes. However, no one attended to us even though some staff seemed available. They only walked past to serve food and did not acknowledge us. I ordered the sliced pork rice and waited around 20 minutes. By the time the food arrived, the ice in my drink had already melted and diluted it. The wintermelon tea also tasted strange and sour. The food was disappointing as well. The rice was cold despite the long waiting time, and the overall taste was poor. Service and food quality were both below expectations. Meal type: Dinner Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

I had an extremely disappointing experience this morning (17 April 2026). Upon arrival, there was no table service at all—I had to walk up to the counter just to get a menu. No staff approached us throughout the visit. I proceeded to place my order via the QR code system, which showed that my order was confirmed. However, after waiting for 30 minutes, no food was served, and still no staff checked in on us. I eventually went to the counter to follow up. The staff member insisted that their system did not receive my order, even after I showed him clear confirmation on my phone. What was most frustrating was the complete lack of ownership or customer service. Instead of investigating the issue or offering assistance, he repeatedly insisted it wasn’t received and simply asked me to reorder—as if the system error was entirely my problem. There was no apology, no attempt to resolve the situation, and no sense of accountability. This experience wasted a significant amount of my time and left a very negative impression. It is by far one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had, and I will not be returning to this restaurant or any of its outlets. Service: 1 Meal type: Breakfast
