I had a very disappointing experience at Nara Thai Cuisine. The service attitude was extremely poor from start to finish. I asked if a window seat was available, but the staff said those seats were reserved. However, during the entire hour we spent dining there, nobody ever came to sit at those tables. It honestly felt like they simply did not want to accommodate us. After ordering drinks, the staff completely forgot about them. What makes this even more unacceptable is that it was a Monday evening and the restaurant was almost empty — there were only a handful of customers, yet they still managed to miss orders. Most of the staff were busy chatting among themselves instead of paying attention to customers. After we finished eating, the staff even stared at us while we were clearing things ourselves, as if they expected customers to help clean the table. There was basically no sense of service at all. As for the food, the portions were small and the quality was very average. Still, compared to the terrible service, the food was actually the better part of the experience.
