I had purchased at 805 (on yiidii app) $7.50 for bakery items. Arrived at the shop within the supposed opening hours but it was closed since 3pm (according to the neighbouring shops). There is no contact number to speak to someone at the shop. Yiidii provided limited support regarding a refund or colllection of vread on anothet day. Why is a customer allowed to purchase on the app when the shop was closed, information of closure was not updated. Price per person: SGD 1–10 Service: 1

Bought a pack of 4 of red bean bun from NGT CONFECTIONERY BISHAN outlet yesterday afternoon, expecting it to be fresh like usual. Unfortunately, when I got home and took a bite, I realized the bun had already gone bad. The paste texture was off and the taste clearly indicated it wasn’t fresh. Really disappointed, especially because I’ve had better experiences here before. I hope more care is taken in checking freshness moving forward.
