Managed to try no time hot pot for the first time today thanks to the 1-for-1 deal, it was surprisingly very filling for me. I got the collagen soup with pork Shabu and the portion was generous and tasty. I’d say there’s a lot of koka noodles and could be a bit more generous with the sides. But overall a pleasant takeaway meal! Meal type: Brunch Price per person: SGD 1–10 Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Food is good but operations are messy. Customers are always wondering when their orders will be ready. Why not print the order number on two sides so that customer and staff can see the order number on the bag. And also, whats the point of displaying the order number if you are not going to update the orders being prepared and ready for collection. We made the call not to display “ready” orders to prevent mix ups, as previously some customers took the wrong bags.
