i've tried this branch a few times before, and other branches. normally their sliced avocado toast is good today's is fairly overripe. affects texture, somewhat affects taste, if i pay this price i expect better care Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $150–200 Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

This is the most terrible service experience I have had encountered lately, I eat in and ordered an egg tart with a drink through their online ordering system and remarked that the tart needed to be heated, but when that arrives the tart is not heated, also they have omitted the drink in the order and I have waited for 15 minutes for that until I asked them. Meanwhile since the time is 17:45 on Sunday , so the shop is pretty empty and most of their staff are just standing there chitchatting and playing on their phone. Last but not least, the cashier lady is in an extremely horrible attitude, as I ordered through their online system hence I didn't notice that I have to take out the receipt for check-out, therefore I told her our seats are located at the corner and she yelled at us that you need to bring the receipt for payment. I was speechless as the venue is pretty empty and I told her the exact seat, I didn't expect that I have to accept this kind of service attitude, even tho maybe those are partime employees but I do think that NOC should review this issue.
