They don’t reheat my cookielike paying 32 hkd for a cookie and no reheating is not okay. The oven is right there but I think it’s close to their closing time so they don’t do it for me. But closing at 5pm is bit too early anyway Price per person: HK$50–100 Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

From the moment we inquired about the menu, the staff exhibited a complete lack of hospitality. Instead of offering guidance, the employee dismissively pointed at the menu and told us to "read it ourselves." The vibe was one of palpable impatience and irritability. There was no service mindset, no patience, and certainly no warmth—only a hostile atmosphere that caused unnecessary stress. Beyond the poor attitude, the technical execution of the coffee was frankly appalling for a brand that positions itself as a specialty coffee provider. My black coffee arrived with only 2/3 full and no crema at all. To make it worse, the cup was filled with coffee dregs. Serving a cup full of grit is not just a minor slip-up; it demonstrates a total lack of basic professional training and quality control. A brand that lacks both empathy and professional spirit does not deserve a place in this community. Your current standard of service is an insult to the profession of coffee making.

Used to be animal friendly but somehow it is no longer that anymore. Also I think the staff has been changed? (Rotated or replaced?) The coffee now isn't as good as it used to be. I would still visit but not as often anymore.
