My five-star rating for Nonthaburi Palace Hotel is specifically for the staff and the exceptional customer service they provided when I truly needed help. When it was time for me to leave the hotel, I ordered a Grab Plus SUV to transport me and my luggage across town to my Airbnb. I had used the same type of vehicle when I arrived, and the SUV that showed up had more than enough room for both me and my bags. Unfortunately, the driver refused to take me with my luggage and insisted that I needed to order a van instead. That left me in a difficult situation. A van was several hundred baht more expensive, and even after trying multiple times, I couldn't get one. This is where the staff at Nonthaburi Palace Hotel absolutely SHINED. The concierge, servers, bellboy, front desk attendants—everyone came together to help make this happen. It wasn't one person trying to assist me while everyone else went about their day. The staff genuinely rallied together to figure out how to get me, along with all of my luggage, safely across town to my destination. They didn't simply stand behind the desk and tell me what I could try. They got involved. They problem-solved. They helped. And they stayed with it until we had a solution. As someone navigating a new country, that level of kindness and customer service meant more to me than they probably realized. So these five stars aren't about the room, the amenities, or the food. These five stars belong to the PEOPLE—the staff. Their kindness, patience, teamwork, willingness to help, and genuine concern turned what could have been an extremely stressful situation into one of the best examples of hospitality I've experienced. Five-star treatment from an incredibly kind staff. Kudos, kudos, kudos! If Google allowed me to give this staff 100 stars, I absolutely would.

Good service of front desk and F & B team at the outlet (even some of waitress are not smile) Tasty Thai Food Provide good break In general good for givernment seminar group but no safety & hygiene standard for private sector (keep spare bed at the stairway, using carpet at the corridor, smelly room and dust everywhere outside the room. Not enough elevators for big seminar group. Service: 4
