Set high above the city, NOST offers the kind of dining experience where the view becomes part of the meal. The restaurant combines modern European cooking with a relaxed rooftop atmosphere. The room feels elegant yet comfortable, with large windows that open out to sweeping views of the Singapore skyline. It is the sort of place that works equally well for a celebratory dinner or a slow evening with drinks. The menu leans toward contemporary European dishes with clean flavours and thoughtful presentation. Plates such as the Hokkaido Scallop Crudo, Dry Aged Duck Breast, and Iberico Pork with seasonal vegetables show the kitchen’s focus on quality ingredients and careful execution. The Handmade Tagliolini with seafood is another dish that stands out, simple but full of flavour. The cocktail programme deserves mention as well. Drinks are polished and well balanced, with signatures like the NOST Martini and a refreshing Yuzu Spritz pairing nicely with the food and the view. While the prices reflect its rooftop location, the experience overall feels polished and enjoyable. Service is attentive without being overly formal, allowing the evening to unfold at a comfortable pace. Between the food, the drinks and the skyline backdrop, this is one of those places where the setting and the dining experience come together nicely. fugglers on a night out - BROWN & BOUJEE (FUDGE BROWNIE, SEA SALT ESPUMA) the espuma damn nice melt in yo mouth, with the richass brownie it was great) - BREAKFAST CLUB COCKTAIL (DARK RUM, CEREAL MILK, VANILLA, AMARO) really just feels like you are drinking milk but I guess alcoholic milk (this is a compliment) - KRIZPYRENDANG (TORTILLA, BEEF CHEEK, TUMERIC LEAF, KERISEK, JALAPEÑO OIL) ok tbh, I felt like it was a bit oily and tortilla was not very fresh but the taste was generally nice :) ) 31 Oct 2025: Bye bye Nost SPAGHETTI AND MEATBALLZ

Not sure why this place wasn’t on my radar at all but WHAT A LOVELY LITTLE restaurant!! Food is amazing, drinks are cute and decent. Seating is not abundant so make sure you make a reservation before. We had their Gyrados, Chopped Cheese, Moms Spaghetti and Brownie for dessert. I cannot decide what my favourite dish was because everything was so delicious. My glutton of a friend and myself thought we wouldn’t finish the food but we did just because it tasted so good. Good find, great night.
