I’m really confused and a bit sad that you don’t believe me!!! I’m 100% certain that I used oat milk,which is why when you asked me, I was able to answer you immediately and confidently .There was no need for me to check again or remake the drink for you . However, because you mentioned you’re lactose intolerant and had stomach pain, I still went back to check our security camera just in case something went wrong.After checking,I’m now 1000% certain that oat milk was used. At the same time, I also saw on the camera ,you had our tiramisu. I’m sorry that I didn’t think to mention it earlier . I didn’t expect that someone with lactose intolerance might not realize that tiramisu contains dairy (mascarpone cheese). That was our oversight-we didn’t think further about the possibility that you might be lactose intolerant when you ordered an oat milk drink ,since some people simply prefer oat milk. I truly hope your stomach feels better.and thank you for once liking our coffee
