Cakes are not too sweet but not fantastic that I’ll buy again. My gripe is their poor coordination and miscommunication. Driver called me because he couldn’t reach anyone and didn’t manage to pick up the cakes at Now Bakery. Even after he managed to pick up the cakes, he was advised by the staff to deliver to my billing address instead of my stipulated delivery address. It was just a straightforward delivery that has gone so wrong. Not a good experience for me.

Excellent, efficient, friendly service from the staff today. Wanted to order certain items for delivery but it wasn’t available, whatsapp them and they got back and resolve immediately for me. Appreciate customer service like this, have ordered a few times from them always well packed and gorgeous and yummy! Highly recommend to all
