. Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

Have always ordered from the restaurant through Grab but for a few instances that I have ever visited the restaurant haven't had the best experience. The staff are very unwelcoming especially the women staff. They never greet, have to ask them for a table and they are not very happy about it either and you can see it in their facial expressions. The food takes forever although its prepared and ready at the window, have to ask for it then it is brought. Doesnt matter if the restaurant is empty or full they are never happy to see customers. Will stick to ordering on grab from here and will visit the Central one instead where the staff are friendlier and more welcoming. Meal type: Dinner Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Thank you for taking the time to share this with us. We’re very sorry to hear that your visits to our restaurant have repeatedly felt unwelcoming. This is not the experience we want any of our guests to have.We have spoken with our team regarding your feedback and are taking it seriously, particularly around greeting guests, helping with seating, attentiveness during service, and making sure food is served promptly once it is ready. Regardless of how busy the restaurant may be, these are basic service standards that we expect from our team.We also appreciate that you have continued to order our food through Grab, despite your experience dining with us. Your feedback gives us a clear area we need to improve, and we will be following up with the team and our service procedures. We sincerely hope that if you visit us again in the future, we can provide you with a much better and more welcoming experience.
