Coffee, Matcha latte, Churros are excellent. Staff was very gentle and considerate. I stayed several hours but it was so comfortable. Highly recommended. Price per person: ₩10,000–20,000 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

NUHOOD Cafe + Bar is one of those places that gets the mood right from the start. Warm wooden interiors, soft lighting, and a layout that feels calm rather than curated — it leans more toward quiet comfort than statement design. It also opens early, which makes it an easy anchor for slow mornings before the city fully wakes up. The crowd is relaxed, unhurried, and the whole space carries that “stay a bit longer” energy without needing to push for it. The affogato (spelled correctly) is the highlight. Simple on paper — espresso over ice cream — but done with enough care that it feels elevated. The espresso is clean and strong, cutting through the sweetness properly, while the ice cream holds its texture just long enough to give you that contrast between hot and cold, bitter and creamy. It’s one of those small things that can go wrong easily, but here it’s balanced and deliberate. Net-net, this is less about standout theatrics and more about getting the fundamentals right — good coffee, a calm space, and one dessert-drink that’s genuinely worth coming back for.
