Incredible over the fire cooking - great technique by chef, making everything seem simple but takes expertise and lots of prep to deliver such great refined flavor with charcoal - the grilled veg and scallops were so delicious! We came here for their Christmas Eve prix fixe menu, and it turned out to be one of the best meals we’ve had in Busan! Every single dish was amazing and thoughtfully crafted. It’s a small restaurant, so the kitchen and seating are basically one and the same and as a result, everyone gets a front row seat! 5/5 highly recommend if you’re in Busan! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
