One of the best meals I had in Koh Phangan. Nahm Talay is situated inside the Zama resort, overlooking their pool. The interior is decorated beautifully with special artwork. First time I ever tried Myanmar tea salad and it was delicious! The fish skewers (fish of the day - mackerel) was very fresh but maybe could have been spiced up a little.
