Absolutely horrendous experience, strongly advise everyone to avoid this restaurant! We waited ages for our dishes. The pad thai was overly sweet and tasted awful. The portion of pasta was ridiculously tiny and not worth the money at all. To make matters worse, all rice dishes were undercooked and hard. Service is shockingly poor. All cutlery was dumped onto one single plate; staff refused to separate tableware for each guest, no individual bowls or plates provided. What made everything worse was how rudely the staff stopped us from drinking beverages we bought from the convenience store right next door. The gesture they used was extremely impolite and offensive. It’s crystal clear they only introduced this unfair rule to force customers to buy pricey drinks from them. To top it all off, when we settled the bill, the staff tossed the change directly onto our hands with an incredibly condescending attitude. The whole visit was frustrating from start to finish. Zero customer service awareness, terrible food and unreasonable regulations. Never coming back! Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ฿200–400

What more can I ask for but an amazing view of the bar overlooking the Andaman Sea , reggae music , an authentic seafood tom yum gung , salad and a great Italian guide!️ All I wanted to savour upon arrival Phuket was Thai food and nothing but the food and this place captivated my heart! The food was authentic, very flavourful although quite pungent but bearable, the million dollars view and service was on point! Thanks to an old friend of mine for introducing and showing me around "On The Rock Bar & Restaurant". He surely knows where to enjoy his food & soak in the view at Phuket. ️. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ฿1–100 Parking space: Somewhat difficult to find parking Parking options: Free of charge street parking, Free of charge parking garage Parking: It's a hilly area overlooking the beautiful Andaman Sea.
