兵庫県姫路市、姫路駅北側から少し歩いた場所にある「麺処 なか山」さんへ行ってきました。ビルの2階にあり、階段を上がった先が入口なので、初めての方は少し注意が必要です。店内はカウンター14席に加え、4名掛けのテーブルが4卓あり、お一人様からグループまで利用しやすい造りになっています。 今回は鶏しょうゆラーメン（1,050円）に味玉トッピング（＋120円）、さらに唐揚げセット（480円）を注文しました。麺は細麺か太麺を選べるのが嬉しいポイントで、好みに合わせて選択できます。また、麺の大盛りとご飯の大盛りが無料という太っ腹なサービスもあり、たくさん食べたい方にはありがたいです。 鶏しょうゆラーメンは、見た目からも分かる澄んだスープで、ひと口飲むと鶏の旨みがじんわり広がるあっさり系。それでいて物足りなさはなく、最後まで飽きずに楽しめるバランスの良さが印象的でした。麺との相性も良く、スープをしっかり持ち上げてくれます。味玉は黄身が程よい半熟で、ラーメンにコクをプラスしてくれました。 唐揚げセットの唐揚げは外はカリッと、中はジューシーで、ご飯が進む味付け。ラーメンと一緒に食べると満足感がかなり高いです。駅近でアクセスも良く、落ち着いて美味しいラーメンを食べたい時におすすめのお店だと思います。 I visited “Men-dokoro Nakayama,” located a short walk north of Himeji Station in Himeji City, Hyogo Prefecture. The restaurant is on the second floor of a building, with the entrance at the top of the stairs, so first-time visitors should keep that in mind. Inside, there are 14 counter seats and four tables that seat four people each, making it suitable for both solo diners and groups. This time, I ordered the Chicken Shoyu Ramen (1,050 yen) with an extra seasoned egg (+120 yen), along with a karaage (fried chicken) set (480 yen). You can choose between thin or thick noodles, which is a nice touch depending on your preference. Another great bonus is that both a noodle large size and a large serving of rice are free, which is very generous for those who want a hearty meal. The Chicken Shoyu Ramen features a clear, light-looking broth, and with the first sip, the gentle yet rich flavor of chicken spreads through your mouth. It’s refreshing and light, but not lacking in depth, allowing you to enjoy it until the very last bite without getting tired of it. The noodles pair well with the soup and lift up the flavor nicely. The seasoned egg had a perfectly soft-boiled yolk, adding extra richness to the ramen. The karaage in the set was crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, with a seasoning that goes perfectly with rice. Combined with the ramen, the overall meal was very satisfying. With its convenient location near the station and its calm atmosphere, this is a highly recommended spot when you want to enjoy a delicious bowl of ramen in Himeji.
