Nam Dao Huu at Banthat Thong — A Beancurd Lover’s Stop! I tried two bowls of their signature tofu dessert — one with grass jelly, and one with pearls and red bean (฿45 each). The highlight for me was definitely the red bean version — the beans were soft and slightly sweet, pairing beautifully with the smooth, silky tofu. It’s such a soothing dessert, especially after a hot day or spicy meal. The grass jelly one was refreshing too — mild and herbal, great if you want something lighter. Nam Dao Huu never disappoints when it comes to old-school comfort with a modern touch. Can’t wait to come back for more toppings!
