The in-charge pls look at how your staffs are serving the customers over here, look at the feedbacks you are getting from the customers being served here. It’s not my 1st visit here and I can say there is no improvement on your kitchen’s cook at all since open.
Forget orders and gave excuses for it. (Really?) Inconsistent standard for your mains. (Sometime nice, sometime tasteless)
If you are here not for genuine business, pls let someone else have the place.

Pissed off with the china man at the cashier taking order (24June2018@7pm at waterway point) ordered mee hoon kway and char siew pau.. the cashier can just simply tell mi no more char siew pau will do, dont need keep asked u want dou sa pau, den asked got lian rong pau, keep repeated dou sa pau can, then i reply its ok i dun wan the pau.. and the reply i got frm him is “then u dont need buy already”.. i stunned, so u are telling mi evrythg sold out? He den reply your mee stil have, with rude tone and ask for $4 loudly.. is this your company train cashier? To ask customer dun need to buy? (The malaysian guy shd b the senior coz i have see him few time, just stand dere keep looking)
